damage
if your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and retain the product and packing and we will contact royal mail who will be responsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim.
returns policy
we do hope that you are very happy with what you receive. if you are not then please get in touch. we are happy for you to return item/s within 14 days as long as they are in their original condition. once we receive your item/s we will issue a refund within 7 days. all refunds exclude postage costs.
